1:1 + Private Group Training
Your goals. Your pace. Your program.
1:1 and private group Personal Training - The Body Place Difference
At Body Place, we’re an Allied Health-led Personal Trainer team. This means that you’re being trained by either an Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist or Nutritionist in addition to the usual PT qualifications.
Benefits include:
Quality over quantity. No packed classes, no generic programs. Just you, your trainer, and a session designed entirely around your body and your goals.
Expert-led programming. Tertiary-qualified practitioners who understand why your body works the way it does — and how to get the most out of it.
Whole-person care. Your PT and allied health team work together, so everyone is on the same page when it comes to your health.
Personal training at Body Place is for every body. Come as you are.
