At Body Place, we’re an Allied Health-led Personal Trainer team. This means that you’re being trained by either an Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist or Nutritionist in addition to the usual PT qualifications.

We value quality over quantity. No jam-packed classes, cookie-cutter programs or screen-based training here. Instead, we have 8 people max in our PT sessions where everyone’s workout is tailored to their specific needs, body and goals with the good vibes of a group session.
Our PT’s tertiary education in their specialty allows them to deliver highly knowledgeable programs and guidance in your individualised PT sessions.
Continuity of care between your PT and your personal allied health practitioner; where everyone is on the same page to help you reach your goals.

The nitty gritty
Session length: 45 minutes
Session times: Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we offer 47 individualised Personal Training sessions across the week. Classes start at 5:30am and finish at 8pm.
Do you just do group personal training? We also offer a Tuesday 7pm Mat Pilates class and Sunday 11:30am Stretch class.
What do I need to bring? A small hand towel and drink bottle will have you covered!

Our model is all about individualising your workout specifically to your body, your needs and your goals. Our exercise prescription is tailored to you from the moment you arrive. We always ask you how your body is feeling and tailor your workout accordingly. There are no cookie-cutter programs as we cover a range of different workout styles to get you to your goals discussed in your consultation.

Of course! We want to get to know all about your training history, goals and any injuries/limitations/medical we need to be aware of. We offer in-studio or over the phone complimentary consultations that are booked in prior. These take anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on varying individual needs.
